How did you get into cooking?
When I was younger, it got me out of doing the washing up! I would always help to cook and my sister would have to wash up. I’ve also worked in restaurants since the age of 12.
What’s your favourite dish on the menu?
All of them! Although I would have to say my Grandmother’s Hungarian veal escalope (veal escalope with parmesan, mustard & herb breadcrumb, pancetta, pea & tarragon potatoes) due to the nostalgic element, which is really what all dishes should be based on.Read More
